Our Cherry tomatoes are grown and hand-picked in Pachino, Sicily – a region celebrated for producing the sweetest, most flavourful tomatoes in the world. Thanks to Pachino’s rich volcanic soil, warm sun, and coastal breezes, these small tomatoes develop an intense natural sweetness and vibrant colour that sets them apart.
We cook them gently with extra virgin olive oil, basil, carrot, celery, onion, and a touch of salt, capturing their fresh-picked flavour in every jar. The result is a sauce that brings the brightness of Sicily to your table, ready to elevate your pasta and dishes with authentic, sun-ripened taste.
