Made exclusively from a single variety of Nocellara of Mount Etna olives grown in the mineral rich soil on the slopes of Europe’s most spectacular active volcano, Mount Etna in Sicily.
 
Hand harvested from mid-October to mid-November, these olives are cold pressed, filtered and deliver extraordinary flavour with a rich green gold colour.
 
Our olive oil is high in polyphenol content and is organically grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides.
