Since 1969, our producer comes from a long history of crafting the finest olive oil and has won a multitude of awards for their efforts.

 

Basking in long hot summers and a mild winter, our olive groves are provided with the perfect climate for quality. Once harvest begins in late October, our olives are cold extracted within 6 hours.

 

That means that the nutrients and delicious flavour of the olives is preserved, giving you the very best of each olive.

QUALITY GUARANTEE

Gaining the prestigious D.O.P. status (Protected Designation of Origin), this product has met strict standards in traditional production methods.

 

At every step from harvest to extraction and packaging, you can be assured that it has been produced with care and in the protected zone on the slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily. The D.O.P. also guarantee the use of ingredient coming from the area of production and not been mixed with ingredients from elsewhere.

Our Monte Etna D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil combines two of our biggest loves, la famiglia (the family) and quality. It’s produced by a passionate, second generation, Sicilian family on the slopes of the volcano. The family have been dedicated to producing the finest olive oil since 1969.

 

The oil is made with a blend of Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla and Moresca olives, strictly grown and enriched by the volcanic soil and the Sicilian sun.

​Organically grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides.

  • Altitude: 400-900 meters above sea level

  • Harvest system: The olives are picked by hand

  • Times of pressing: within 6 hours after harvesting

  • Extraction system: Three phase method with dual-extraction

  • Extraction: Cold-pressed with a temperature no more than 27 degree

  • Storage: temperature controlled stainless steel between 12° and 18°C

  • Acid content expressed as oleic acid: 0,10 – 0,25 MAX.

  • Filtering: Natural decanting in tank

  • Organically grown without the use of pesticides or herbicides.

SICILIAN LEMON

Who loves the smell of lemons? We do! That’s why we love our Sicilian lemon extra virgin olive oil made using a unique process, pressing hand-picked Sicilian lemons along with freshly picked olives. Both ingredients go through the cold extraction process and the end result is a 100% naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oil, with no artificial  aromas or flavours added.

 

The intense citrus smell of this oil alone is enough to transport you to a Mediterranean Summer.
 

We love it with grilled seafood, salads or even in your favourite lemon cake.

CHILLI & GARLIC

For those of you who like a bit of kick added to your dishes, our chilli and roasted garlic extra virgin olive oil will do that in spades. Cayenne chilli and garlic are organically grown in the rich volcanic soil in open fields and are harvested in the height of Summer when the chilli turns bright red.

 

Part of the chilli is salted and placed in barrels with extra virgin olive oil to preserve it. The rest is dried in the hot Sicilian sun. In February, the perfectly preserved chilli meets the oven roasted garlic in the cold extraction process combined with freshly picked olives.

 

Just before it’s all ready, we add a little more chilli and oven roasted garlic for that extra punch.

 

We love it with Asian dishes, grilled meat, drizzled on pizza or to spice up your favourite pasta dish.

SICILIAN BASIL

One of our favourite Sicilian food memories is the sweet smell of basil. Our Sicilian basil is organically grown in open fields of mineral rich volcanic soil.

 

At the height of Summer, the basil is hand-picked and preserved in salt and olive oil. Once the olive harvest begins in October, our preserved basil is combined with freshly picked olives in the cold extraction process, resulting in our fresh and herbaceous Sicilian basil extra virgin olive oil.

 

We love it drizzled on a fresh caprese salad or used as a base for your favourite tomato pasta dish.

This unique oli is made with just two ingredients, world renowned Sicilian mandarins, known for their vibrant citrus flavour, and freshly picked olives, all grown in the mineral rich volcanic soil on the sunny slopes of Mount Etna.

 

Within hours of being picked, both ingredients go through the cold extraction process and the end result is a 100% naturally flavoured extra virgin olive oil, with no artificial aromas or flavours added.
