Since 1929, our producer has been developing artisanal products in the heart of Piedmont, Italy - home of the world famous white truffle.
 
Our spectacular white truffles are harvested between September to January from the hills of Piedmont, then prepared using a traditional method to extract the flavour. The truffles are then infused with a delicate Italian olive oil at a controlled temperature. When infused, the oil is filtered, bottled and a shaving of white truffle is added.
