WHY WE LOVE IT
Our Monte Etna D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil combines two of our biggest loves, la famiglia (the family) and quality. It’s produced by a passionate, second generation, Sicilian family on the slopes of Mount Etna and the family have been dedicated to producing the finest olive oil since 1969.
The oil is made with a blend of Nocellara Etnea, Biancolilla and Moresca olives, enriched by the volcanic soil, making it extra special.
COLOUR
Soothing bright yellow green. [David, struggling a bit here to describe the colour as I haven’t seen the colour myself – not sure if it can be yellow green]
SMELL
Fresh, intense and fruity with scents of artichoke and aromatic herbs.
TASTE
Well-balanced aromatic taste with hints of artichoke, green tomato and herbs with a peppery finish.
Our producers make sure that the olive trees are kept happy throughout the year until harvest starts at the end of October. Then they work quickly to get them cold-pressed within 6 hours after harvesting.
That means that the deliciously good flavour of the olives is preserved, giving you the very best of each olive. We love you olives!

Certified D.O.P. meaning this product must follow strict guidelines at every step from production, extraction and packaging to ensure it is produced in the protected zone on the slopes of Mount Enta in Sicily.
